Current Balance is $15,839.31
Willie is now working on 2007 Tax Returns; 2008 is ready to go; 2009 is not yet late.

Our completed ballot vote revising the 11th Tradition was mailed to WSO.
Maria in Orange County continues to retrieve SCDA voice messages; wants to relinquish the position.
WORKSHOPS: (Chris M) Report attached
June 12th PRG Workshop: 86 people attended. Income from Donations $719 minus Expenses $336.81 cleared a profit of $382.19. Literature Sales at this workshop brought in $587.75 minus $60 for literature with a total of $527.75 paid to the Literature Chairperson.
OLD BUSINESS: John checked to see that we are not paying double insurance ($18 monthly) on our copier.
NEW BUSINESS: Jo is moving to Berkley the beginning of August, so the position of Chairperson will be vacant. Today are the elections for terms beginning July 1st. There are no terms ending, and there are positions yet unfilled. Arlene is stepping down; her term is over. Alfonse resigned as Special Events Chair.
Positions open are: Chair, Vice-Chair, Special Events, At—Large 2, Meeting Liaison.
Deb O was elected to Service Board.
A motion was passed to rent Chris’ audio gear for $50 per workshop, when necessary, to accommodate larger attendance. In addition, Chris was asked to submit a budget proposal for SCDA’s own loudspeaker system.
